Our Under 18s registration is specifically designed for the next generation of lifters ready to take a stand, build resilience, and deadlift for a cause that matters.

The Lift For Life 24 Hour Deadlift is a test of resilience, bringing athletes together to fight mental health stigma. This specific category is dedicated to our Under 18 participants, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the next generation of lifters.

PARENTAL CONSENT REQUIRED

EVENT SAFETY & GUIDELINES

All Under 18 participants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their session. Qualified coaches will be on-site to oversee technique and ensure maximum safety for all youth lifters.

Lift For Life is a 24-hour endurance deadlift event dedicated to mental health awareness. This registration portal is specifically for participants under the age of 18.

CRITICAL: PARENTAL OR GUARDIAN CONSENT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18. ALL CONSENT DETAILS MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED IN THE FORM BELOW.

SAFETY FIRST

All under-18 participants must undergo a mandatory safety briefing and form check led by the parent and/or guardian present

GUARDIAN PRESENCE

A parent or registered legal guardian must remain on the event premises at all times while the minor is participating. This ensures immediate support and oversight during the 24-hour cycle.

EVENT PROTOCOL

Strict adherence to scheduled breaks and hydration protocols is required for younger lifters- To ensure that all youth participants prioritize long-term mental and physical wellness.
